Cardi B was absolutely insane. Cardi has one of the most extroverted personalities in the media in general, and her concert was definitely representative of that. Cardi B is definitely one of those people that lives her life completely unafraid. My friend Maryam and I saw Cardi when we were at The Global Citizens Festival in Central Park. When the performers came on stage there was a teleprompter that cued them on what to say. Cardi bring Cardi have no regard to the teleprompter and she said exactly what she wanted to, which in a sense made her performance all the more real. Cardi was cracking jokes the entire time she was on stage and she was truly making an effort to make sure everyone in the crowd was having a good time. As for the actual performing, it was okay. While Cardi’s personality makes her an extremely entertaining performer, when it came to the actual singing, she seemed a little unprepared. She was loud and crazy, as anyone would expect her to be, but through most of her performance I felt as though she was singing at me not to me. Even though the performance was a little lackluster, I was with my best friend, so I still managed to have a ton of fun.
