The first word that comes to mind when I think about Taylor’s concert is wow. Everything about her performance was so out together, from the costumes, to the set design, to the song choice, every component of the show contributed to an overall outstanding performance. One of my favorite aspects of Taylor’s concert was that you didn’t necessarily need to be a fan of her music to enjoy the performance. I went with my sister, someone who typically prefers to listen to Post Malone’s rap over Taylor Swift’s pop, and she was able to enjoy the concert (almost as much as I did) because of its interactiveness. Taylor Swift concerts are like Broadway plays. Every song she performs is its own private act and they each add together to tell a story. While I had an amazing time, Taylor’s concert was one of the longest concerts I have ever been to. Including her two opening acts, the concert ran a little over four hours, and although enjoyable, as it was nearing the end, the concert did begin to feel a little long. Overall, Taylor Swift put on an outstanding show. Outside of run time, Taylor had a flawless performance and I can assure you that I will be buying tickets when she goes on tour for her latest album.
